I read the first book of the series so I would love to read the second book of the series. The first was thought provoking so I am pretty sure it will be bumped up my list f tbr. It main theme is the topic of free will which I am sure a lot of people will want to read. Thanks for the informative review.

This is an extraordinary work of fiction as we see Kim trying to survive her sanction. From the review, we see rollercoaster of emotions from the character of Kim to the theme of advanced technology in AIs. This will be incredible.

After reading the first book, I was compelled to pick up the subsequent ones. Your inviting review made it even more appealing to go for.
I want to know how Kim fared after she made her discoveries and was exiled.
Great review. Congrats on the BOTD.

This seems like similar to Terms of Service by Craig also so this must be a prequel. A world controlled by AIs. Such a great read. I loved the former so I can't wait to read this. Congrats on BOTD.

I love how the plot of this book progressed. The characterization of the plot was also great. Fictional books like this intrigue me. Thanks for sharing and congrats on the book of the day.

I've read Terms of Service by the same author and found it to be just okay. Maybe I will find this one a little bit better.

This review is very interesting as it describes the book the way a reader needs. Although I wouldn't really read this certain book, I liked the review. Well done!

A dystopian world run by AI? That's mind boggling. But then, this novel gives readers a hint of what the emerging trend of exploits in technology and artificial intelligence might portend. But isn't it frightening to think about AI controlling almost everything and going on to "censor" human behaviors and aspirations?

Despite that Kim is under some sort of tension because she had suddenly found her self in a condition she has never thought of, but I like her courage of beleiving that she would not stay long in that place. She still believes she'll be out and unite with her lover shen and her friends whom she misses so much.
Even though the AI's are oppressors , but from My own understanding they are also slaves to those who give them the direct orders. I understand the coarseness in their voice as a result of been confined in a particular place just to punish the rule breakers. Danny would have been a good friend to kim if only she offers him the chance to, but the problem is that her weekly wage is too little to even sustain her for three days ,I doubt if she'll have time for friends in that mysterious place.

It is a captivating tale of fiction that gives one a feel of the society that is programmed to live like robots where any sign of being human is oppressed as immoral behaviour . I am curious to know what became of Kim's life within the society of the tyrannical machines
. Great review.
