This book doesn't seem like anything I've ever read before. I love your honest review. Perhaps I'll read it when it has been better edited!

This sounds like a really good premise. I like how the author addresses insecurities and body image and how that can really take a toll on one's life. I'm sure the book will be greatly improved once the errors are cleared up. Great review!

I read the first two pages of this novella and I must admit, Milly has to be the most self-loathing protagonist I have ever encountered. I hope that Alexa truly helps Milly. As for the rest of us, proper diet, frequent exercise and meditation should rescue us from self-loathing.

This is a fantasy story about a 48 year old whose husband left her for a young woman. Milly takes a hard look in the mirror, and reminisces aloud what's wrong with her body. Amazon's Alexa answers her inappropriately and comically to go to a gym, and sets her up an appointment. This is a must read, and I am adding it to my list!

The storyline is interesting. Glad to know that this book deals with self-criticism, body image misconceptions, and feelings of inferiority. The character of Milly seems well-developed. Thank you for the free copy. Looking forward to reading it. Congrats on BOTD!

I love it! It sounds absolutely fantastic (if we ignore those “many errors”)! The overall message is very promising especially to those who feel that they are not enough. Everyone is beautiful in their own way and everyone is priceless whether they know it or not!

It sounds like it could be a fun read. I tend to dread that stories like this will turn out with the old "and then she lost weight and found the man of her dreams and lived happily ever after." At this point, I would wish that I had a physical copy of the book so I could throw it across the room. Thank you for your helpful review.

Wow! This book is definitely not what I expected. I mean the premise is so interesting. I never would have imagined a book about Alexa. I mean what implications would this have for smart technology. I love the concept of body image and self-confidence. That really hits home because I have issues with my body and self-criticism. I can't wait to see what this book will do with this crucial topic. Thank you for this insightful review!

Hmm, this book sounds interesting but I have a hard time reading characters stories who are as self depreciating as milly sounds. It's a interesting concept though and I'm glad to read she grows. Robots having a mind of their own terrifies me haha
