Though, being a terrifying story on abduction by the Aliens, Abby didn't stop to aspire for a better life but with courage and firmness she was able to face her battles. Another virtue I liked is her ability to call Nicolai's attention to his traditional culture to order. I'll like to read this. It is a great review thanks.

I love Abby's character, standing up for herself and her beliefs. This book sounds well-developed, but I'm not really a fan of mythological creatures. Great review though!

I like that Abby shows a range of reactions to what has happened to her. In many romance novels in this genre, the female protagonist easily disregards her life before the abduction and quickly falls for her captor. However, this story delves into Abby’s anger and distrust as well as her awe and optimism. It explores her fear and unhappiness as an unwitting partner to an alien, albeit a sexy alpha alien. Abby resents Nicolai for not giving her a choice. She doesn’t just give in to his needs and desires, and Nicolai must work for her acceptance and affection

Based on your review, the author did a great job of portraying Abby's character! Plus, it is a well-edited and well-written story. This is not my genre, but it sounds perfect for sci-fi lovers! However, as this book is free, I got my copy! Thank you for the detailed review!

Although I'm not interested in the genre, the storyline does look quite imaginative and well-built. Plus, such a developed representation of fictional characters such as aliens is not an easy thing to achieve, and the author seem to have done it well in the book. Thank you for the detailed review.

So much can be read into a work like this psychologically and symbolically, especially when given the spin that, instead of immediately being completely attracted to her captor, Abby gets mad at him for not giving her any choice and forces him to reconsider the more sexist aspects of his culture. What I’m curious about, though, is why an alien would abduct a human for a mate in the first place. (Honestly, that’s always what I wonder with these stories.) I guess I’ll have to read to find out. Thank you for the helpful review.

Certainly going to be an interesting read. But romance novels aren't something I want to do now. Congratulations to the author.

Thank you for the review, I enjoyed reading it. I like reading science fiction books, and this seems like an interesting book. However, I don't like that the book contains explicit content, so for that reason I am going to skip reading this book.

This alien abduction novel seems like a well-written book that's character driven and plot driven. I'd like to add to my TBR list.

I like all of the books in this series. Your review was well written. I would normally avoid this genre but your review and reading this book changed my perception completely.

"Claimed by Nicolai" is a thrilling romance novel set in the Raiden Warriors Series. Abby Harris, a tranquil hiker, is kidnapped by alien Nicolai Nekbet, who wants her as his queen. The story explores Abby's anger, distrust, and resistance to sex inequality, while integrating messages about relationships and women's rights. The novel contains violence, vulgarity, and sexually explicit scenes.
