This book is intriguing. Initially I kept reading to figure out the plot and the introduction of the characters. It takes me a couple of pages to get used to the author's style of writing. This was easy enough to do as the author has an easy flow. I enjoy the "humanizing" of the projects as it makes the read more relatable. I do not normally read sci-fi, however I would make this book an exception to my genre

Human cloning is an intriguing plot and I am looking forward to digging into this novel where Kalin fits into this and who or what Tau is! The novel seems to promise an intense suspense in this sci-fi novel. Congrats!

Thank you for an excellent review! :tiphat:

I appreciate the way you honestly described every aspect of the book. I always thought that the concept of cloning was both intriguing and creepy at the same time. Despite its eerie topic, the Yoda reference truly added a bit of humor.

This book tends to address issues such as cloning, human rights, abuse and freedom. It can be an emotional read because it's something that the reader can actually paint in their imagination; albeit with their fingers crossed it never does. It's engaging with non-stop action, though much focus is laid on the characters. I was taken aback by the fact that though the subject matter is mature, the author treated it with delicacy. The most sensitive parts are left to the imagination, and my mind filled in the gaps quite well. I would without batting an eyelid recommend this story to anyone that enjoys a great science fiction laden with suspense. However, if you are one that enjoys more of the science than character development, you might want to give this a wide berth!

Thanks for the great review. I'm already traumatised reading the short preview on Amazon of super human clones gone awol and keen on violence and destruction. I have a mind to continue reading to find out if they repented and became obedient again, but I am scared of what might happen. I will not be reading this book.

I enjoy science fiction books and this one sounds relatively thrilling. The concept of cloning is always interesting so I'd love to see how the author approaches it. I'm definitely adding this to my bookshelf. Thank you for the review.

Thank you for the well written review. From your review, I think I'd skip this book but do appreciate the realistic picture of the possible future ahead of us as humanity. Sadly, we are capable of wild things that are devastating.
