I find it to be an amazing addition to the science fiction genre, something I definitely want to include in my reading bucket list. I hope to come across more books like this in the future. I enjoy how the author captured a fundamental aspect of human nature in the book, focusing on selfishness. I appreciate books that can stimulate the imagination, as the words conjure vivid mental images, almost like watching a movie.

The idea of interplanetary intelligence mixed as science fiction adds intriguing factor to the story. The title "Sent to Watch" also seems to be apt for the storyline. Congratulations on #BOTD!

This book sounds like a fascinating thriller. The idea for a sci-fi book about multiple earths is genius. I enjoyed a great, honest, 4-star review.

I've read the sample pages of the book on Amazon, and I found the story captivating. However, I'm not a fan of the out-of-this-world names used in the book, which are typical for sci-fi. Despite this, I appreciate the author's writing style, which I find easy to read (except for the names). The glossary at the beginning of the book is a great addition, and I think it would be helpful if authors of other genres did the same. It would make it easier to keep track of the characters, especially in the beginning. I really liked your review; it was very thorough.

Terribly sorry to say, but anything involving the Intelligence Service was never something I was interested in, and even adding to the mix "Interplanetary" part of my favorite genre doesn't really help. I understand how serious this job is, but still consider it morally doubtful and therefore prefer to pass the book. Congratulations on BOTD, anyway!

When I read reviews of science fiction novels. I'm usually turned-off because the review seems as confusing as the novel itself, but I didn't feel that way with your review! Today's BOTD sounds interesting and engaging, despite it not being my preferred genre, especially how the agents change their identities based on their location and purpose or situation. Maybe it's time I step out of my comfort zone and give this one a try. Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work! :-)

This review entices me to read the rest of the book. I am an avid sci-fi reader and the added espionage elements are a wonderful bonus. I love the idea of an intergalactic spy thriller.

The reviewer's quality analysis of "Sent to Watch" highlighted the unique premise of an Interplanetary Intelligence Service monitoring various "Earths." Her detailed description of the agents' dual identities and the story's intrigue helped me understand the book in an engaging and insightful way.

An absolutely well-told story of a fantasy world, and a great depth of imagination I must say. It feels alive to me, reading through makes me begin to travel back and forth trying to lay hold of the appropriate picture to represent each part of the story.

The events in the story brought to light problems in our world. It also made me more aware of how the world functions and how deeply ingrained selfish motives run in human society. Congrats on BOTD.

This is really a detailed science fiction book.
I love how the writer gave a detailed story about human nature and
I also love the names given to the Earth...like Earth 48, Earth 52 etc...

Nice Review.

"Sent to Watch" by David J. Lebenstein follows the Interplanetary Intelligence Service as they monitor various "Earths," focusing on Earth 48 with its unique right-handed natives. Agents disguise themselves to blend in, facing challenges and an emerging threat to the confederation, reflecting real-world issues and human selfishness through a captivating story.
