This is seemingly an interesting story with great plot and character development. It's unfortunate it hasn't piqued my interest so I'll pass on this. However, sci-fi lovers would have a swell time reading this book.

The situations introduced are thought-provoking considering what is going on in the world; pandemic, power struggles, climate change. Anything is possible...Thanks for a great review of what seems an entertaining read.

Although this genre is not for me, and it includes a China-like population policy (a pet peeve of mine), congratulations to the prolific author for yet another BOTD!

Mhmm, I love books of this nature. Books that are interesting, intriguing and mindblowing. I have read one book from this author and I have fallen in love with her penmanship! I just wonder if Forge is clean and if the Outliers are not bad as they may be.

Today's BOTD is a Science Fiction novel that explores what life could be like if we continue to treat climate change as if it doesn't exist. The interesting storyline will pull readers in, and the well-developed, relatable characters will keep them turning pages! Thank you so much for your review! I've downloaded my copy! :-)

I'd love to read this sci-fi novel, especially since it focuses on such a challenging issue as the impact of climate change on resources and fertility. I wonder how Jake and Summer will cope with the one-child policy when it affects them personally. Thanks for your review!

Climate change is a legitimate and unavoidable concern for our planet. I would be interested to read about this author’s views on artificial birthing programs, chaos, rebels, and the scarcity of resources as our civilization attempts to move forward into future decades. Thanks for your review!

"The Unborn" by Tayma Tameem - A story about a future society dealing with population growth by removing embryos from the mother's womb and developing them in artificial wombs. The effect on people who work with artificial wombs is explored and how they fight against the monopoly of big business. Thanks for the enlightening review.

A Dystopian themed story which uses the idea of a mega-corporation that not only controls vital resources but also uses this control to further their own interests and force society to conform to them. It includes an interesting plot about the unborn twins of the wife of a man trying to further his career within the corporation, and the agonizing decision that they must make. As usual, it describes a world which would be unpleasant to live in, but generates adventure in an interesting and a thought-provoking plot. A detailed review of an interesting book.

Climate change is a huge issue and we all need to do our part to preserve our planet. I'm not really a sci-fi/fantasy fan so I probably won't read this one. It is good to know that authors are talking about the effects of climate change, even if the story is fiction. Thanks for your review.

I love how the author focused on a relevant topics such as climate change, corporate greed and human selfishness. And used these topics to build a world and story-line that is unique but relatable.
