Your exceptional review on "Critical Habitat" by Terrence King intrigued me. Your comment about X and Y stealing a crucial device from Authority made me curious enough to add this book to my reading list. Also, the pace of the book and cliffhangers at the end of the chapters tells me the story is going to keep my attention so I may plan to read this over a long weekend. Congratulations to the author for BOTD.

X and Y sound like the most easy-to-remember character names I ever came across. I am also selective about sci-fi, but I hope this one has a well-executed plot because of the perfect ratings. I like the detailed review too.

A dystopian and exciting adventure... a complex and moving story,
By incorporating a sci-fi adventure with a futuristic dimension that tells of advanced technology
It includes the importance of bees in our ecosystem and the human impact on climate change.
It is just a miserable fantasy that includes the corruption that this societal system and politics know.
It also includes the rebellion that occurs in a post-x and y society,
It is led by brave rebels within a society full of intrigue, movement, and conspiracies
In general, it is a story that calls on us to protect the environmental and biological diversity of planet Earth , In order for us to continue living .

Thank you for your unbiased and enjoyable review.
This well-written masterpiece is an action-packed sci-fi dystopian novel, set in a post-war era. The plot explores themes of survival, resistance, and the resilience of the human spirit. X and Y are the two protagonists who carry the reader through the story. Other characters are also well developed and add to the richness of the plot.

Thank you for your review. Sounds interesting. Though currently with so much War and overwhelming media about children in the midst of this, I guess has overstimulated my threshold for this topic. Perhaps it will be a book I can consider engaging when things settle down again. X and Y sound very captivating despite my current disengagement.

I love dystopias. In a Post-war environment there will always be an "authority" that wants to dominate the residents, and always hiding something. A reading that engages and keeps you attentive, with very good descriptions to imagine everything that happens in the plot.

Even though Sci-Fi/Fantasy would never be my preferred cup of tea, despite myself, I was drawn to this story and quite interested in what happened to civilization after the world was left devasted by war. I like to see characters development in this scenario and congratulate the author with BOTD!
