I think this review has several spoilers. Readers who are interested in finishing the book would love to find out some of this information for themselves. Overall, the sample was intriguing and had a healthy amount of suspense and mystery. I liked Irina and Grant. They are two strong characters who add essence to the story. I'd love to find out how the story unfolds. Kudos to the author for a great book and for being selected as today's choice of reading.

Reminds me of the ring trilogy book adventures. But be that as it may is Uncle Randall really dead? What will they find in Zona?

Was Grant Taylor able to find his uncle? I would love to read Zona: The Forbidden Land by Fred G. Baker and follow up on this mystery. Congratulations on the BOTD.

The story sounds so intriguing. I enjoy reading thrillers and mysteries imbued with a lot of suspense.
I'm interested to know who made it alive from the expedition to Zona and whether Grant eventually found his uncle.
Thanks for the well-written review.

The main characters embark on a dangerous expedition in a part of Siberia trying to find Grant's missing uncle. Adventure stories are my favorite, and this one doesn't disappoint.

This review of Zona: The Forbidden Land gives off a spooky vibe. The idea of an expedition in Siberia seems pretty much to me like a journey of no return. I enjoyed reading this book. It was packed with lots of adventure and suspense. Congratulations Baker on BOTD.

This sounds like a super adventure. It's a Russian tradition to drink a lot of alcohol, so it only makes the plot more realistic. Thanks for the review!

Oh wow, Grant and others go on a mission to Zona in hopes of finding his uncle with people he died to trust. Will they survive? Definitely sounds like quite the adventure and thriller all at once! Grant’s special ability with wolves sound interesting. Though I’m not a big fan of numerous sexual scenes in any book, especially if it’ll lead to nowhere since it seems like Grant doesn’t trust them. Glad you were able to enjoy regardless and thanks for sharing!

This treacherous island is better off left alone. I hope this expedition did not end up like the previous one. I'll love to find out how the story ends. Thanks for the review.

The book has a good content of adventure, romance, danger to mention a few. I enjoyed the Russian words used. Thank you for the review of BOTD.

Zona: The Forbidden Land has been a book that one cannot keep down since page 1. Of course, it has had some dull moments, too, but that does not interfere with the overall reading experience. Not only human characters, but Baker has also portrayed the wild animals with so much feeling! I absolutely loved reading about Grant’s journey.

For some silly reason, reading the blurb made me feel like it was a perfect story to be turned into a video game and the more I read the review, the more I felt it was apt. XD
