I find the reviewer's portrayal of Agatha as a reformer who wants to put an end to the current social inequalities to be quite intriguing and enticing. I can't wait to complete the book I'm reading right now so I can start this one. a good review Congrats on taking home the BOTD!

The author's writing style definitely caught my attention too. The introduction was intriguing, and it created a sense of mystery that made me curious to uncover the story's secrets. I'm glad the book lived up to the promising beginning. It sounds like a page-turner!

The author's commentaries are a valuable addition to the story. It's wonderful that they provided a deeper understanding of the Xana people's culture and views. Such insights enhance the reading experience and allow readers to appreciate the story on a more profound level. I appreciate the author's attention to detail.

The common practice that occurs in inequalitarian societies was depicted in this book.
I wonder if Agatha managed to change that custom and save the Xana people.
Great review. Congrats on the BOTD

The book is quite realistic, I agree with the review that had the reader not been aware of the book being fiction, one would undoubtedly assume that it is non-fiction. The rich-poor divide explained in the book resonates with the present day North-South divide. The introduction and the writing style was something that can catch any reader plus it is rare to find commentary in books nowadays.

What an interesting book. The writing style is also commendable. The author's ability to take the reader back in time with vivid mediaeval descriptions are worthy of note. Congratulations on being the Book of the Day.

I think that the matter exolained in this book is very close to our reality. It's interesting how actions take turn in this book. The injustice between classes needs attention.

Land of Xana can be any nation or country. The repressive and oppressive practices captured about this land can be seen in almost every nation of the world. I know her desire to remove the wicked gap between the aristocrats and the common citizens will be met with a heavy resistance, yet I would like to know how it will end.
