I don't usually read books like this, but I do appreciate that the author tries to introduce a strong female protagonist. I would be interested to learn how the author integrates mythological elements like vampires with aliens. Great job with the review!

I'm a fan of science fiction, and I hope the story of Abby Harris and her abduction is definitely a nice one. I like it that the book is well written and well edited. However, I won't enjoy the sexually explicit scenes. I'll pass it on. Otherwise congrats on the BOTD!

I would love to read it. It’s my favourite genre. Supernatural beings I love them and mates are my other favourite topic. I would love to know how Abby met Nicolai. How she raise her voice for equality. It’s a great review.

Abby's character sounds strong and realistic; I like her already. The book's premise is interesting, and the theme of equality between sexes is applaudable. Thanks for a thorough review!

A science fiction novel about an alien abducting and forcefully making a human its mate. I'd like to read more of it. Nice review.

This is a very good review of what seems to be a perfect novel for sci-fi addicts with romantic hearts. The romance genre is not one of my favorites, but my guess is that with a generous smattering of vampires, villains, and politics, it could be a better read than most.

Aliens attack is dangerous not to think of abduction by aliens. Nicolai my see the end of this. This book is interesting and will be a good read. Thanks for the review.

I love the way you have described the book: ”steamy science-fiction romance”. Also, the point of making aliens resemble the fantastic creatures of our imaginary, like werewolves and the rest. As a matter of fact, we can only see and understand something that has some similarity with something we know. Totally unknown substances or creatures have little chance to be noticed.
Great review, thank you! :tiphat:

Alien abductions together with an unconventional (for the genre) anger and distrust of the captors sounds like it could lead to a quite compelling romance novel!

I like the premise of this sci-fic/fantasy novel; it sounds like one I will enjoy reading. In addition to being well-written and edited, I also think it will be fascinating. I will add it to my shelf. Thanks for your well-written review.

Though this does not seem like my preferred genre, I still find the plot idea to be quite fascinating. I believe this to be a great review!
