I think it's great that the author promotes universal values like love, loyalty, humanity. I like how the recent past and the near future are connected. All praise to the author for designing the characters Sarah and Ricky because they are very authentic.

Catchy title, catchy cover page, and catchy review. The book's brevity is also a plus for me. I'm certainly tempted to sample this book.

A dystopian fantasy book. It poses a chaotic world because the Creator is disappointed in the world's people as they spread destruction and hatred instead of love and goodness. The punishment is a virus, which one can't help to associate with the coronavirus. The story has an intrinsic message that invites us to reflect on our behavior.

The author's style gives goosebumps. The way she goes through history mentioning previous plagues and epidemics all the way to the present day, I find that very crafty writing. Thanks for your review!

Wow! I have never read such books, but to hear that the author provided good descriptions that painted pictures in your mind is just amazing. That is what a good author should do, show you stuff, not tell you.

I am a fan of dystopian science fiction but I'm not sure I'm ready right now to read about a pandemic that kills 1/3 of the world! I do appreciate the biblical aspects, but not sure about the aliens delivering the message. I may give this a read when the threat of this corona virus is in the past.

To show "compassion and aptitude to do good despite others doing otherwise." Your words said about Sarah is the need and challenge for one and all. Not only the book but your review too is very well written.

I probably have a very unpopular opinion with regards to this book. I had only read the first chapter and found myself rolling my eyes at the similarities between the story and today's coronavirus epidemic. The only difference being that "aliens" had caused this virus. *Eye roll* This book just all seemed a little boring. Saint Brunos review completely changes my mind. I'm now intrigued to give it a chance. Sarah sounds like a very interesting character.

I've never been a fan of dystopian books, and I'm not a religious person. So while the review makes it clear how well written the book is, I don't think the plot is something I would enjoy so much. Thanks for the great review.

Sound more like a spiritual book than a regular Fantasy novel. Anyway, I still like it. Thanks for the review.

I read the sample of the book and followed it up with your review -- thanks for this wonderful review of the book! I think I might read it, though I'm generally hesitant to read books that are so heavy-handed on religious undertones. It sounds like it could be a good, quick, dystopian read, though -- and I might actually give it a shot. Thanks again!

I love the fact that the book potrays the love of God for humanity. Also, the fact that such a message had been passed in an interesting manner. I'm in love with the storyline already because of the lovely review. Thanks.
