I see that lately more and more science fiction books start using quantum phisics as a basis. Maybe fiction and reality start getting together?

It's true that there are many science fiction novels (and movies) that deal with the idea of humans living in a simulated world. This book seems to incorporate a lot of real science and current research into the plot. I agree that it may offer a realistic glimpse of the future. I am adding this to my "Want to Read" list.

Thank you for an excellent review.

This is the kind of psychologically mind-twisting book I enjoy. I have to wonder if the Sims (i.e., Sims 4) were to come alive, would they know that they were living in a simulation? Maybe we're the sims ... how would we know? Excellent review, as always.

There are writers who started using quantum physics in science fiction already some decades ago. The so-called hard science fiction is not new. :) Thank you for commenting!

If the Sims developed science that's advanced enough, they might discover their nature. Thank you for your appreciation!

This sounds like a fascinating book. A little creepy that he made a synthetic to look like his wife. I don't mind a little exposition, so I will be adding this one to my to-read list. Thank you for the great review!

The author addressed uses of synthetics that can be defined as at least "borderline", as it's a kind of therapy that turned into something not really healthy. Thank you for your appreciation!

This science-fiction book sounds complex. I liked how you included that explanations of quantum physics are given to characters who are not scientists so normal readers can understand those concepts. Thank you for the wonderfully detailed work!

While science fiction is not right up my street, your review makes "The Reality Games" a compelling one to read! The Quantum physics part seems quite daunting, though I have played video games that deal with such topics mildly. It seems pretty all-rounded though! Thank you for a fantastic review.

The novel depicts a complex future, so the story is inevitably complex despite the author's explanations. Thank you for your appreciation!

Explanations of quantum phenomena can help only so much, as the subject is really complex, but overall the results seem good to me. Thank you for your appreciation!

A plot full of twists coupled with stimulating theme sounds appealing. However, its profanities put me off. Thanks for a detailed review.
