This is one of the most creative books that I have read so far ,like the book takes to an adventure in galaxies and introduces you to other worldly characters such as the invaders from space who destroyed Yanaras home world of the land .The book evokes a sense of wonder in the reader through the magic that is used in the colonization of their home that is why I love it .If you are a person who loves adventure and magic or even exploring new things ,I guarantee you that this book will make you fall in love with it .The writer truly deserves an award cause this is just out of this world for real .You did a superb job Elia! :D :congratualtions-smiley:

I can`t say I`m interested. The story seems too complicated and confusing. I will probably skip this book. However, I do appreaciate the effort behind creating original and intricate worlds and characters, even though I do not prefer Sci-Fi.

It seems like the characters in this book could possess some superpowers. And I would love to know if Yanara and her son later discovered who the stranger they saw on their planet was.

Very informative review, thank you! I am not a fan of fantasy, but this novel seems very interesting, with twists and turns in the plot, well-rounded characters and suspense. The worlds described in detail show the vivid imagination of the author.

I’m a little lost on the plot here, but considering it’s the 3 in a series I’m not surprised. It sounds interesting though! I’ll have to check out the first book sometime. Thanks for your review!

I wouldnt want to read this book without reading the first two . I don't know if I will read these 3 books or not. the reviewer seemed to think it was standalone, but I also think the reviewer did read the other two first.

I got the book today for free. Most sci-fis are woven with suspense and mysteries that unconceal as the story goes deeper. I have no doubt this book is one of them, especially after a few samplings. I can't wait to dig in officially.

Though it is a sci-fi/fantasy book, it contains all the ingredients of a good, worth reading novel, such as emotions, humor and drama. I would love to grab this one.

From this review, it seems to me that this book is a complicated one. I had to read the review over and over to understand what was being said. I don't think I will be interested in reading this book.

This is an excellent fantasy story with numerous plot twists. The only thing I don't like is how powerful the characters are. It's a little disturbing.

I read this statement of yours with interest: ‘I did not like that Yanara treated her husband with less affection than her wife, Mandolen.’ ...it's been raised in a review of a prior instalment in this series; that would be a negative consistency by Elia. Perhaps that review was yours too?

The BOTD is the third book from the Worldmaker of Yand Trilogy. The book revolves around a fictional sci-fi and fantasy world. From reading the review, taking in all the complex details about their world can be intimidating to understand. Since it is the sequel or continuation of the events that happen before. It took me a long time to process it, there are fantasy creatures I have no idea about. For example, a creature called fey. Although it didn't interest me, thank you for the nice review. This book would best appeal to fantasy lovers. As I can see this series has so many fans already and seems successful. Congrats to the BOTD.

This is book 3 of the series which explains why I'm feeling a bit lost. The descriptions of the world and characters are there, but I found it a little too much to pick up.
