"AWE" by Pierre R. Schwob is a story that follows Galileo Olrik, a troubled psychology student, as he becomes involved in a global climate change initiative led by PARI. This is an interesting book about climate change.

There's a whole lot in the book I must say. Space tech, climate change, new A.I. system. I do not know if that will leave me overwhelmed or excited as I am yet to read the full book, but I'll see what I can discover.
Congrats on BOTD.

I'm curious by Gaaba's insistence on being called Galileo and would love to learn more about his story. This book sounds fascinating and inspiring.

Definitely not my cup of tea with both Sci-Fi/Fantasy as a genre and a somewhat all-over-the-place storyline. Once I decided it was some kinda biography of the boy called Galileo, things started coming up, varying from Atlantis to a space elevator. Sorry, but I prefer to skip it.

I enjoyed reading the sample, which is quite intelligent and explores larger themes like climate change and AI ethics. But if I am being honest all that technical jargon really did slow things down a bit, making it feel more like a science lesson than a story. However, the book still a fascinating and amusing reading for fans of science.

The reviewer was able to convey the idea of the story in an expressive way. Tackling heavy topics like climate change and artificial intelligence in an engaging way within the story makes the book an interesting read. The author seems to have blended the scientific aspect well with the storyline. Congrats on BOTD

Climate change is a significant issue globally. I am curious about the inventions, whether they worked, and how the psychopath Galileo fits into this. Thus, I will make this novel a part of my reading list. Thanks for a lovely review.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting science fiction story following a man named Galileo and an organization called Palo Alto Research Institute as they attempt to build a space elevator and control or prevent climate change. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

"AWE" by Pierre R. Schwob is a technothriller about scientists developing the Artificial Wisdom Engine to combat climate change, facing opposition from a psychopathic industrialist linked to Putin. Fast-paced and thought-provoking!

Today's BOTD is a TechnoThriller that takes readers on a journey through science, technology, and characterization (at its finest!). I love the focus around climate change and fake news, as it feels super relevant to today. Thanks so much for your review! :-)

Climate change presents immense risks, both foreseeable and unforeseeable, to humankind and the entire planet. However, the fight against it is not straightforward, as misinformation and disinformation have been heavily deployed. Pic’s decision to develop a new system to counter the spread of fake news is a commendable move in the book, and readers will enjoy following his progress in making it a reality.
When looking at bigger issues - like Climate change, it is often the smaller insignificant nuances like misinformations , that need to be tackled first . I like that the whole story explores this possibility along with human emotions or in this case the lack of emotions or empathy and where that leads us.

Looking forward to reading this book some time. Thank you for this intriguing review.

I'm intrigued by the review of this book. I like some science fiction but gravitate towards more crime or thriller books. That being said, this book is sounding interesting to me because of the climate talk. I feel that is very relevant in our lives today so I'm interested in how the author will portray this futuristic tale.

Thank you for your great review on "AWE" by Pierre R. Schwob. Climate change presents immense risks, both foreseeable and unforeseeable, to humankind and the entire planet. However, the fight against it is not straightforward, as misinformation and disinformation have been heavily deployed. Some of the aspects I enjoyed most about the book were the insights woven into the story. For instance, the idea that humanity might consider leaving Earth for another planet due to our unsustainable lifestyles and the resulting climate change and its dire consequences. I am not usually into Sci-Fi books but this one seems more thrilling and informative so I decided to put it on my shelf. Congratulations to the author for BOTD.
