I'm not a fan of science-fiction books. Though it's a nice review. So, 1 will be passing on this one.

What an engaging fictional book. From Grant's character to Randall's disappearance to the events that unfolded in the Land of Zona, were all eye-opening. Congrats on BOTD.

This actually sounds interesting. I don't usually like science fiction but I may have to take another look at this one. It sounds like a unique and captivating plot and I love that the setting is in and near Siberia. Thank you for the informative review.

It sounds like it has a lot of things to keep the person hooked on reading part thriller and part speculation.
Recite in the name of your Lord who created [*] Created man from a clinging substance [*] Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous [*] Who taught by the pen [*] Taught man that which he knew not.

This is another book that I have been debating on whether to read or not. The plot sounds interesting but there are some aspects you mentioned that I don't think I would enjoy. Thank you for the review.

The start of this book is already enough to grasp any reader's attention. A missing expedition? What happened to Uncle Randall? I'm especially impressed by Grant who went into the great unknown in search of his uncle Randall. Thanks for the review.

Just by the title, I was thinking that this was going to be a fantasy of some kind, but I love the Russia tie-in. It sounds like the story is very multi-layered and has all the makings of a great book, and it seems like it’s one of those books that you end up learning a lot without quite realizing that you are learning. Personally, I am more than content with just reading about their grand adventures; I have zero desire to walk in their shoes! Great review.

Haha, books that take drag on before it reaches the exciting parts can be quite exasperating. One minute you’re on the edge of your seat, the next, you’re bidding your time to be on the edge of your seat again! This book, from your review, seems like one of those. Thanks for the great review.
