As intrigued as I am by the supernatural aspects, I will not be reading this due to the romantic theme, which overrides the former interest. Thanks for the review, just the same.

I usually like demonic contents for spiritual learning purposes, but sexually explicit contents are not a part of my liking, especially heavy erotic contents. However, I will try to give this one a read. Thanks for the informative review.

Maggie's story shows her determination to be free of a life that enslaved her. The futuristic setting and the well developed characters make me want to read the book but I'm hesitant due to the child abuse scenes. Thank you for a concise review.

This book is a cross between sci-fi fantasy and dark erotica. The idea of the succubus trying to find true love is intriguing, but I'm not sure I will be able to handle the child abuse. Congratulations to the author for this interesting and exciting story, chosen as BOTD. Thanks to the reviewer for your excellent and honest review.

This sounds like a really interesting book to read. Unfortunately, I don't fancy sci-fi or erotica novel. So I'll pass on this. Great review!

From the reviews I read, the Book seems very interesting. But I think it is not for me. Thanks for all those who have shared and written their honest opinions.

Given the theme of House of Pain, I do not think that I would be able to enjoy it that much. However, I like how your review is very honest and open so readers can make an informed decision. Erotica is a genre that I enjoy reading, but some of the topics mentioned alarmed me.

I’m not sure I’d enjoy a sark sexual novel but the story sounds interesting. I might check it out at some point as you gave it a 4/4 rating

I love sci-fi/fantasy stories. This book starts out very interesting and I'm intrigued. Though the plot sounds very dark and I'm not sure about it. However, the review makes it sound like a good read and I'm willing to give it a try.

House of Pain by Denna Holm - Thanks for the review. It sounds like a well-written example of its kind, but not for me.

The plot sounds like it has depth, while also being complex in itself. I will reject this because of the disturbing scenes containing kids, but otherwise I would've definitely picked it up.

I probably would have been very startled as I read the book if I hadn't read your review first. While the more mature and controversial content is not typical of the books I read, I don't mind having access to it should I decide to give it a shot in the future. The review gives it some promise and allure, but I doubt I'll tackle it anytime soon. Thank you for your review!
