Thomas Alban and Kat Wrenn-Alban have got their freedom. They were enslaved for a longvtime. I wonder if they will get what they wanted because there is mpre trouble waiting for them. This book is interesting because the author mixed history, sci-fi, and romace in one book.

I enjoy sci-fi/fantasy but am not a fan of romance. This book sounds interesting and I like the historical content. I found the sample confusing so I would have to read the first book in the trilogy before this one. Congratulations on BOTD!

The complexities of transitioning from lovers to family life seems to weave in the fictional history, fantasy, and romance of this book.  Congrats on BOTD!

I'd love to know how Kat resolves her dilemma. This blending of history with romance and sci-fi must be a very fascinating book to read.

The suspense surrounding the paternity of two of Thomas's and Kat's children interests me about this book. I would like to add the book to my shelf. Nice review though.

Since this story is told in Elizabethan times, I long to see how the author made descriptions that could reflect that. I trust the author's prowess. Great job!

It's nice to mix science fiction and romance in a novel that seems intriguing, and makes the reader curious for more.

I love high fantasy/sci-fi stories like this. I'll have to check out the first book before reading this one because I just can't start a series in the middle, but it sounds great! Thanks for your review!

It's appreciable that this book talks about depression and trauma.
I love sci-fi book but anything with too much violence or erotic content doesn't interest me much.

And thanks for this amazing review :tiphat:

This is an amazing historical science fiction novel highlighting time travel, portals, a love story, and a captivating plot which is the second book in a trilogy. The book is free on Kindle Unlimited and has a well-written OnlineBookClub review. Congrats on the BOTD selection.
