The author's skill in handling multiple viewpoints is certainly praiseworthy. It's not an easy task to maintain a well-structured narrative while juggling different perspectives, but it seems Lynne Armstrong-Jones has succeeded in striking that balance. And to hear that the writing style has a medieval flavor to it adds an extra layer of authenticity and charm to the story.

I think Lynne Armstrong-Jones's use of multiple viewpoints is commendable, as that would help readers experience the story from different angles. Also, I am curious to know the cause of this plague, why the northern side was free from the plague, and whether the sorcerers were able to find a cure to it.

The third book in On The Trail Series, the BOTD features human relationships and can be ready as a stand alone book. The alliances formed to escape a dangerous plague add exceptional suspense to the entire plot. Nice review.

Your review beautifully captures the essence of the book, emphasizing the importance of human relationships in a fantasy setting. It's refreshing to see a story where magic takes a backseat, allowing the readers to delve into the complexities of the characters' emotions. This aspect alone makes me eager to explore the world created by Lynne Armstrong-Jones.

That's an interesting book full of suspense. Magic and fantasy during medieval times are a must-read for me. However, I don't like to start a series in the middle. I believe I will start with the first book and then work my way to the rest. Thanks for this great review!

The focus on human relationships is an attractive feature of this novel. The journey to finding a cure requires dependency on each other.

This is the third book in the On the Trail series. It is written as a stand-alone novel, but it seems preferable to read the previous two books to understand the full story. The handling of multiple points of view in a structured and connected way is attractive. Sounds interesting for fantasy lovers.

The book sounds exciting and despite being a fantasy book where the main characters are sorcerers and witches the plot dwells on such down to earth problem - they are battling the decease that has spread throughout their world. It must be eally interesting to read. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

I actually don't know what it will look like reading this book, since it's know for magic and from the review, magic wasn't the key point... I would love to give it a try but I have problem reading books from multiple view points though.

I don't like to read books in a series out of order. The medieval setting is not appellant either. I like the fantasy elements. Great review.

On the Trail of the Unseen" by Lynne Armstrong-Jones is an enchanting fantasy novel about a village cursed with a plague. A family decides to move to the north to avoid the plague and comes across other wizards in search of a cure. They all go on the journey together, making new friends and learning more about the plague as they go. The author manages to brush over what it's like to run a family, one of the most common human behaviors in our society, Also, how the author creates suspense in the book is capable of keeping you glued to your seat until you're done.
