With "half his mind no longer his," Lieutenant Brock Henry has captured my attention. This sounds like an interesting, suspenseful read. Thank you for your thorough review, Prospero (old usernames die hard :)). Congrats on BOTD.

This concept is a bold and ambitious exploration of what it means to be human in a world where technology has advanced to the point of blurring the line between organic and synthetic. With its multi-layered plot and compelling protagonist, this premise offers a rich and complex narrative that delves into the ethical and philosophical implications of transhumanism. It's a cautionary tale of progress gone wrong, and a compelling meditation on the nature of humanity in a rapidly changing world.

The character growth of Brock from being a simple man who followed the law without question to a revolutionary who led a rebellion made for a fascinating read.
- I can relate to that, so I will read the book. Impressive review. Thank you.

I love action books. I also like how the BOTD is movie-like and suspenseful, based on the few pages I sampled. This highly rated sci-fi is without a doubt worth your time.

Intriguing sci-fi plot with family drama, politics, and aliens what more could you ask for. Fast paced, interesting and very detailed. Highly recommend.

The book sounds like an amazing and intriguing. I would love to read it, your review has been excellently written to capture your reader's attention. I also believe that with a universe so big and vast, where we are such a small spec, there must be other types of life.

Love sci fiction book, it revive our illusion about life in other planet besides ours. The plot is good because you will never expect to be exile from your home planet. The character s are amazing, very original names. I defintely recommend the book to everyone, but specially sci fiction lovers.

One will remain engrossed in a good action novel with detailed characters. Brock would unquestionably be a favorite character in this book. He seems like the sort of person who is committed to a cause.

Today's BOTD is a fast-paced, action-packed scifi novel full of interesting characters and a storyline that will keep you guessing throughout. Although it's not the one for me, it sounds like readers of the genre are going to love this one! Thank you so much for your review...great work!! :-)

Even though Sci-Fi/Fantasy was never my cup of tea, I usually collect those books for my daugher, but sadly, this one will be a rare exception to the rule. No offense, I find the idea really good in regards to discrimination issues, but overall it sounds too violent. Sorry if I am mistaken and congrats with BOTD!

This sci-fi is action-packed yet contains the element of thrill. The plot and characters are explained so well that one can easily imagine and create a Star Wars type of screenplay in his mind. With all the twists and turns, the book definitely has the potential to give an adrenaline rush to its readers.

I like how the title resembles Die Hard. The plot sounds quite interesting. It is about how humans would start a new colony on another planet. Although it seems a bit too other-worldly for me, I'm excited to give it a try. Congrats!

As the start discribes its a sci fiction novel..it has an extra ordinary plot wth loads of twist and turns . The story revolves around a transhumanist colony set up on a dwarf planet as well as the robotic era.

For me this concept seems out of this world.. such fictions are always so unpredictable which are actually the essence of sci based novels.. Filled with thrills, actions, emotions, fantasies, adventures in the new world. Such books takes the readers mind wandering to some different places and situations which are out of the blues...

I mostly dont go for sci fictions as for me i find it hard to concentrate on the few begening pages which i find uneasy to comprehend.. it seems much confusing for me and thus i loose interest..not my cup of tea...

Wow!!! Looking forward to read this book. It looks like it has all the action, drama and suspense. It's not easy to rate a book 5 out of 5, there must be something very captivating to the reader to give this rating. Can't wait to read it.
