Had I only read your comprehensive review, I would have considered reading this fantasy. However, the sample has not convinced me. The introduction was very confusing and, in my opinion, with lots of errors.

What a wonderful review! I have sampled this boo, and I also was enchanted as it read like a fairy tale. I also agree with the reviewer about the interesting swap of perspectives. As a fan of fantasy, I too think that this book is a delightful discovery. And even though I am yet to discover much more in this book, judging the sample I would also give this book 5 stars.

Wow! There are several interesting aspects of this historical fiction, ranging from the combination of first-person and third-person points of view to the gripping setting, narration, introduction of abundant action, well-developed paranormal creatures, and professional editing. I think this novel will meet the literary thirst of a variety of readers.

Definitely, I am in right after the mention of some ancient malevolent wizard's legacy discovery. Sounds very intriguing and promising with a storyline leading readers on to a great adventure! The quest of an awesome treasure hunt is just what I like in the genre the most, so congratulations on BOTD!

As much as the story has historical aspects and some fantasy, i don't think I will enjoy reading this one. Already the names are hard to pronounce and i honestly want a book that doesn't give me a tough time while reading it. Anyway, congratulations to the author on book of the day.

This historical fiction story set in the BC era is packed with action and adventure. Pangorn Island seems to offer plenty to keep Deszarius and the rest of the troop busy and the readers entertained. Interesting choice for fans of dark fantasy and adventure novels.

What a fascinating dark-fantasy! Keeping this fictional story based in reality, with historical figures and real-world settings is such a bold-move that breaks from the traditional mold in several ways. I can't wait to read this one!

A gripping tale about an adventurous journey to discover a pyramidal temple on an island. The author does a commendable job at describing the setting and using historical points to add emphasis to the book. It is unlike any other book I have personally come across. Congrats on the BOTD!

This sounds like a good fantasy novel. This temple that was built by the wizard, Iszo-thrain seems to hold interesting prospects. What will the ones exploring it find? Interesting review.

There seems to be a lot going on in this book. Why does Deszarius have to travel with the rest to explore the island? I may just give this book a try to find out.

I find the plot complex, and the characters' names are even more hectic to bear in mind. It's a great dark fantasy, and I love the adventure. However, it's not my preferred read. Congrats to the Book Of The Day.

This is a well rounded book with a mix of paranormal activity, historical facts and spiritualism.
