I love books set in Elizabethan times because it really feels like it takes me to that era which I love because I find it comforting. I've also never read a Sci fi book that's also a romance so this definitely seems like an interesting read.

Suspense and sci-fi appeal to me, and even though I’m not fond of romance, I believe that this story is great enough to make read. I don’t know the first volume, but surely I’m curious about this series.

The book sounds interesting and exciting. The blending of history, sci-fi, romance, and suspense is something that will definitely keep me glued to the pages of the book. I would like to know more about Kat and Thomas's romance. But still it is the second book in the trilogy and though the reviewer wrote that it can be read as a standalone, I need to have all three books to fully enjoy their story. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

I love the plot and storyline. "Would love be enough" is a question we have to ask ourselves a lot of times in different scenarios, and I appreciate the angle this is tackled from in this book. It would be a great read. Thanks for an amazing review.

Interesting review, many thanks.

Sci-fi genre set in the Elizabethan era is weird enough to arouse my interest. Might be worth a read.

A book that is a combination of science-fiction, suspense, and romance sounds like a good read. Great review!

Interesting review of what sounds like a fascinating book. However, this isn't the type of reading I enjoy so believe I will pass on this one. Thank you for the review.

The author tries to bridge the gap for those who've not read the first book in the trilogy and it's easy to catch up on the story of Kat and Thomas.
That said, am not a fan of science fiction and I don't like novels with descriptive sex scenes and for that I have to pass out on this one.

I am looking forward to digging into this novel to find out how Thomas and Kat will succeed in getting rid finally of Anstey and what the twists and turns in the novel seems very intriguing to me.

You are free yo disagree if I am wrong, but in my opinion today's BOTD is not as that much a Sci-Fi/Fantasy as an ordinary Romance novel. All those obstacles and adventures have the end goal to bring main characters together, not resolve some great mystery for its sake. Apologies, but I will pass it. Still, congrats!

Sci/fiction is not really my genre, but romance is. So I guess this book would appeal to me, but the fact that it's a series, am not sure if the little recap to introduce the book would be enough to help me catch up. Anyway, the story line sounds new and unique, so it must be a great read. Thank you for the review and good work to the author.

The sci-fi tag would've interested me, had it not been so obviously romance. Mentioned was character driven plot, but I don't find the characters all that enganging, from the review. Not much caught my eye, maybe it's actually better than what I saw, sadly I don't feel a spark, I don't have the intention to read it.
