This sounds like an interesting story. A boy finding a stone that harms his friends while he is on a camping trip is definitely a way to build up suspense.

A battle between God and the forces of darkness. The plot of the work appears to be both aesthetically distinctive and compelling. I'm inclined to read the book as it promises to have engaging characters and a well-crafted plot. Great review

I’m looking forward to digging this exciting and intriguing novel to find out how Bailey will solve the bizarre murder case with the help of Kurt who seems to have his own mysterious link to a mysterious stone.

It sounds like the author did a good job at balancing positive attributes with their darker, negative ones to create an intense read. And the relationship between Kurt and the Detective starts off with conflict but grows into one of trust. Thank you for your review!

This is just another piece with characters who are detectives. Is Gabriel the one truly from heaven? You can find this out and more in the book. The review was precise. Good one.

I like sci-fi books and this book seems interesting and the plot is captivating. I wonder about the stone that Kurt and his friends found that only Kurt can hold in his hands. And howit is all connected with detective Bailey's case. The words of the reviewer that the stone would change Kurt's life forever are very intriguing. It will be interesting to read it. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

Thank you for your review, B.Creech. Having read the sample, I can agree with your assessment of heightening suspense chapter to chapter. I like your description of Kurt and would only add his evident and commendable leadership qualities, but maybe that doesn't have much impact as the story goes on. I look forward to reading the book, especially as you mention that the detective actually believes what Kurt has to say. Quite unusual as adults are usually depicted as outright dismissive of youngsters. This is shaping up to be a very interesting read. Would have been nice if the author had not thrown in Bible references, if only so as not to confuse the more gullible. I can see people taking some aspects of his book too literally. Well, I guess it does add to the feeling of authenticity. But what a cost!

I tend to enjoy sci-fi fantasy thriller books, and this one, about a young boy and a police detective, seems compelling indeed. There are many elements that made me consider reading this book, and the character development is the main reason.

This fantasy/thriller book seems interesting to those readers who are into the novels with angels, demons, paranormal activities, friendship, and a lot more. Not for me, but congrats on BOTD to the author! Thanks for the review!
