I enjoyed your thorough description of Blitz's dilemma and his ensuing relationship with Azania. It was astute of you to note and comment on the misogynistic undercurrents in the story. One would hope that newer fantasy novels would get away from this trend. Thank you for your engaging review, and congrats on BOTD.

This story offers an exciting adventure filled with magic, mystery and a cruel foe. Lovers of dragon tales and fantasy will love the story of Blitz and princess Azania. Will Blitz's reputation as the devastator be salvaged? Well worth finding out. Thank you for your well-written review.

I normally don't enjoy this kind of book, but I must say that this sounds interesting and I'll give it a try. The cover design is captivating too.

Seems like a very interesting book. If this is as good as I think, then I’m sure the other books in the series will do great too.

Thanks for the review! I'm really fascinated by characters that break expectations and a dragon character that does is new by me. Will definitely read!

The storyline of this book is very interesting. I would like to know how the princess was able to tame the dragon. Thanks for a good review.

I agree that the book cover is quite captivating. The story of dragons and medieval times intrigue me. I hope blitz is able to gain his reputation, though. Great review.

Definitely going to take and recommend this book to my daughter, because while I don't enjoy the genre, she is fascinated by magic and creatures of fantasy worlds. I really like the description and how well thought out the story seems. Very promising even though it is about giant lizards;) Congratulations with BOTD!

I love turning the fearsome dragon trope on its head with a sensitive/artsy type character! What a fun addition to this genre of dragons and princesses. Well done!

'Official Review: Call me Dragon' by Marc Secchia has an interesting introduction. I like the way in which the reviewer relates the book to larger issues. The point that the book describes the story of a sensitive, artistic type dragon on a spiritual journey is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that the author details the different kinds of dragons and their origins, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. It was great to learn that the story is an adventure filled with magic, mystery, and a cruel foe!

Books about dragons always fascinates me. The fact that they have a special relationship with humans tells a lot about how they are portrayed in modern literature, which to me they will have a role to play.
