Great review! I loved the clear character descriptions and the engaging narrative style of Worldmaker of Yand-Polaris. The inclusion of humor was a bonus. I'll definitely check it out.

The plot of the story sounds interesting. A different world apart from ours with the supernatural element added to it. I'm not open to polygamy though, so I'll pass on this one. Good review.

It never ceases to amaze me how far and wide can outstretch the imagination of the authors creating unbelievable worlds and interesting stories. By nature, I have more "down to earth" personality, and thereby Sci-fi/Fantasy is completely not my cup of tea, but congratulations with BOTD, anyway!

Having read other reviews for this book there seems to be a lot to unpack, each person has picked up on different parts.
We've longed to see the roses, but never felt the thorns
And bought our pretty crowns, but never paid the price
Find me in the river, find me there
Find me on my knees with my soul laid bare

I'm not a fan of space operas, so this book isn't for me. But thank you for a very nice review. And congratulations to the author on her achievement.

Sounds like a really emotional book. I would not have expected that from a sci-fi novel. The fact that Yanara has two spouses and seems to care for one more than the other may be a point for debate but only if one takes a certain perspective. An excellent book for #BOTD and a very insightful review.

I love stories about supernaturals so looking forward to digging into this one to know how Yanara, Snowfox, Hawklord, Asimia, and Wolfpack used thei supernatural abilities as they strive to sustain love and harmony in their community.

The norm is hearing of a man having two wives not the other way round. Having two spouses is not a culture that anyone in our time should have to accepted.

I'll say Yanara is a true hero for doing all she can to save her people. War comes with a lot of bad experiences. Those scars these people got might take a longer time to heal, if not would be one thing that would turn out to hunt them. Nice review.

Interesting review, but I'm not much a sci-fi fan, thus this book is not for me.

I love how the concept combines elements of science fiction, a good plot and character development and polygamy. Such a brillant concept. Nice review.

I see, the author is trying to make the storyline more out of this world. I'm not a fan of the plot. But this story would be a good movie. Thank you for a well-written review.
