We are now in the digital times and in advanced technologies, which is more adequate with an internet connection. When computer and internet reached our ears, our minds know that it is for playing games online or offline, browsing different articles and contacting our loved ones everywhere around the globe. Alex Fayman has an awesome idea about transportation known as "electroportation" by using a computer. He wrote this book Superhighway, a science-fiction book which makes the readers travel in various places through the cable-wire known as the "web tunnel."
Alex Fine grow up in the orphanage. Ms. Jenkins revealed his identity after he came back out of nowhere because he was gone like a bubble. The computer becomes his portal going to different places. He doesn't know why he has the ability to transport himself to other places. He even achieved many things like an expensive house, luxury living and a lot of money.
Meanwhile, he picked a watch which made his life in chaos. Is this the end of his luxurious living? Fortunately, he grabbed a computer and traveled down the web tunnel. Oops! He found himself looking in the pair of legs under the table. Where is that place? Is it safe? When he came to his senses, men in uniform were in red-alert. Why?
I can't wait to read the next series, which is the Superhighway II and is now available for purchase via Amazon.
The book is convincing for reading and my type of genre. One thing that made me hook in the book is the cooking time and the foods eaten by Alex Fine on the Caribbean Island; I'm craving while I'm reading. Food lovers will love this book, too. Moreover, the book is packed with different culture and cuisine like in Amsterdam, Miami and in the Caribbean Island; I highly appreciate the author's realistic description of the latter places.
The author has a good introduction to the characters which is suitable for the next series. I'm amazed that the author organized well the characters and the setting of places as he switches the story back and forth which make me rate this book 4 out of 4 stars.
The book is easy to read without any typo, and the story is a sort of entertainment to a person who enjoys reading science-fiction books. I recommend this book to adult men and women only for it includes sensitive scenes. I'm a bit disagree on the idea of being a "digital thief" because it might give an idea to the ungodly person.
