Phantom: Book 1 - Gabriel Common

Post by thomasmart »

This is an interesting story. It's about a space federation who are trying to stop a dark group of mystics from raising their dark lord. It's kind of a mix of star trek and Constantine because it deals with both space travel and interaction between multiple planes of existence. The plots seems mainly character base, and it mostly follows a young man who has a special origin but doesn't quite know about where he came from. He has to try and find his inner strength and learn to use these powers he was born with in order to beat the bad guys. The way they fight is actually pretty cool. It's kind'a like something you would see in a anime, but at that same time it has it's own little spin to it. Lots of action and suspense. I'll admit the writing style is a bit simple but reading it is kind'a like watching a movie. It's hard to explain but that's how it plays out. If you're looking for a new sci-fi concept to read I suggest getting this book. You can find it on Amazon and barnes and nobles, just search Gabriel Common Phantom. Gabriel Common is the author by the way. He must not be that popular cause I've never really heard of him and unless you ad his name in the search you want see the book right away.
