Review by iknwuzoh -- Containment Breach by Wm. A. Yandell
Containment Breach by Wm. A. Yandell is a book of science fiction talking about scientists and military men who are on a mission. Certain creatures are in space. These creatures are dangerous to humans and Captain Alverez and his crewmen, Jack, Steve and Zayack have to go on a mission to annihilate these creatures. Jack was part of the team and he met Marcie. Dr Smith and his team, with the General decided to annihilate the creatures using an implosion. They used a laser grid on the creatures after experimenting with it.
What I liked most about the book was the use of teamwork in the book. The army and the troopers have a common threat, those creatures. They have to work as a team to tackle this threat. There is nothing I disliked most about this book. The creatures are very dangerous and not many methods can annihilate them. The only method available for them is to carry out an open restart. They encountered hurdles while carrying this open start.
This book teaches much about working together as a team, they got better results when they worked as a team. They would not realize their goal if they don't work together. Bush and the General were commanders and they showed their leadership style in this book. Making fast decisions is crucial when it comes to tackling the threat from these creatures.
There was conflict between the Regular Army and the troopers but they reached a resolution. Conflict resolution is crucial here too. Some of the team got killed. Dr Smith tried to bring the creatures to cooperate with humans. Corporal Sool was a corporal for the Regular Army. He was an iconic character in this book with his opinions and recommendations. Jack wanted to go back to his family. This book is about men and women who risked their lives to annihilate a common threat. We see the use of advanced weaponry in this book. The use of a light beam to kill instead of a grenade is a kind of advanced weaponry.
This book is meant for people who read about space wars and all that. I mean if you are the type of person who is fond of space, its exploration and related stories, consider reading this book. However if you don't like space missions, this book is not meant for you. The plot of this book is on space. This book has very few grammatical errors and typos, so it's professionally edited. Therefore I rate it 4 out of 4 stars. I recommend this book for those fond of space thrillers and science fiction.
