Great review! Science fiction is a hit-or-miss genre for me. This review put it on my "to read" list. The cover art doesn't really portray the true plot of the book. Well-developed characters, and in-depth storyline, and current issues are very engaging. Thanks!

Having studied population control and the one child policy China used through college I am curious to see how these serious real world issues are woven into a science fiction story.

This is an amazing and interesting science fiction novel highlighting climate change, emergency, dependency, conflict, and determination. The book is temporarily free on Amazon Kindle and has a well-written OnlineBookClub review. Congrats @TaymaTameem on the BOTD selection.

I'm not a big fan of sci-fi and strange worlds, but Tameem is becoming a household name; I'm curious to see what she makes of this story. The plot sounds captivating especially with this issue of motherhood at risk. I wonder what goes down in the Hurst's family. Only one way to find out, thanks for the glowing review!

This book sounds interesting. With climate change, water shortages, and a company with power over basic supplies, this could almost be real life. The birthing aspect of it is interesting also, especially with summer having twins and there being a one-child rule. How would you ever decide that? Great review and it has piqued my curiosity.

A nice science-fiction novel "The Unborn" by Tayma Tameem, which explores the bad effects of climate change on the world, including a scarcity of resources and the birth complications. This book appears worth reading for me.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

From what I read of the book, it appears that this could be a winner. However, as per the review, I am not interested in starting on a book that will become most probably a part of a series. And just a word of advice to the author. Please change this cover. It's very cartoonish and not representative of the seriousness of the subject matter. However, I wish the author hearty congratulations on achieving BOTD honors. One more thing. This is just another example of a book with a link to Amazon for a book that is not available through Amazon.

Sounds like a compelling piece; however, I'll have to pass it due to it's slow pace.

This story leads readers to reflect on what happens when corporations become so powerful that they con control something so basic as the availability of water! I am curious about Jake and Summer's decision. Could this break up their marriage? Great writing!

Your review is detailed and interesting. Nonetheless, this piece sounds like it's not my ideal cup of tea.

This scares me with its portray of a realistic future, where only one company controls the water, thus controlling the whole world. I think I would enjoy this book, especially following the main characters storyline and their struggles with the system.

This what I call rules broken by the maker, this is a really complicated issue having to take risk by breaking the rule you also supported to be implemented,it's indeed a hard nut to crack.
