This certainly sounds like a captivating fantasy novel, with an intriguing plot that brings to mind the sisters in the popular animated movie ”Frozen.” I’m curious to know if and how Amara and Katja are able to come together again and revive the Hale’s Kingdom. Great review.

Wow, what a great book, this is the author's first book but it seems like she has written many of them. I would like to know how the king felt holding his firstborn daughter, I guess he was very happy then. Great review.

This is a beautiful story about sisterly love and bond. This book reminds me of frozen. I can’t wait to read the full story and find out what caused Katja’s amnesia. Thanks for the review

Fantasy novels with such an intricate plot are always fascinating. The sisterly bond between the two princesses sounds delightful, and I appreciate the fact that the story encompasses windom on the power of love. I enjoyed reading this review.

I like your review and how much you enjoyed reading the book. The plotline of the story is very similar to the Hans Christian Andersen story of the Ice Queen and the modern interpretation Frozen. I like that the author created some differences in the story so that it was not a complete retelling, but a new story in its own right.

A tale of two sisters lost in time. Medieval fantasy elements don't often include time travel components, so this is an unexpected surprise, but not an unpleasant one. As someone who is interested in magic on a personal level, I much enjoy the concept of this book, and I imagine anyone into fantasy elements would appreciate it as well. Excellent review.

It is good to know the book wrapped up the twists and surprises from the main story. Do you consider it as a stand-alone, even with the cliffhanger on the secondary themes? The title, Awakening, suggests this book is just the beginning of a series. Thank you for the informative review.

This has shades of "Anastasia" with the twist of her having a sister who survived and became queen. I love fantasy and am interested in just how the romance goes between the characters. Not sure exactly when I'll read it, but it is going on my shelf. Thanks for the interesting review!
