Christina Powers American Goddess by James Aiello is an interesting and exhilarating read. This book revolves around a woman, Christina Powers. The author beautifully leads us into her life from her teenage years into her adulthood. Due to her level of dedication to entertaining, she became a top star in America at a young age, and Frank, who was her loving uncle at the time, inspired this. As fate had it, she met and fell in love with a baseball player, John Everett. This relationship affected her rapport with Frank, and it also facilitated her discovery of her true connection to him. Eventually, her relationship with these two men, whom she held in high esteem, came crashing, and she soon left America for Rome broken.

In Rome, she changed her identity, and months later, she is determined to entertain and become a star once again. Her music became well known and hit the shores of America. On her return home, she sets forth to accomplish her goals. She lives a fun-filled life and adds value to her country, even in the political sphere. In the quest to reshape the world and make it a better place to live in, she is on the verge of occupying the highest position in her country. Will she succeed?

At a point in this book, I felt that how she entered into relationships with some men was unrealistic as they were rushed. However, by the end of the book, I concluded that this didn’t matter at all because her time with them was mostly filled with happiness and enjoyment.

Readers will gain insights on several topics explored in this book. Some of them border on the environment, music, gender equality, surrogacy, homosexuality, sexuality, and even Christianity. Indeed, readers will appreciate the contents of this book better if they come with an open mind.

What I loved most about the book is a character named Christina. I loved the way she evolved into a respectable lady. Also, I found her journey through life to be emotional, fun, and heartbreaking. The way she faced all her fears and tackled her problems also intrigued me.

There was nothing I disliked about this book, as I loved every part. I encountered a few errors in this book. Therefore, it was professionally edited. Overall, it was an astounding read, and I’m proud to give it a rating of four out of four stars.

James Aiello’s Christina Powers American Goddess contains several profane words and explicit erotic scenes. Anyone who would love to read about the fictional story of a woman who lived most parts of her life on her terms while going for all that she wanted will appreciate this book, and I recommend it to them.

I had the impression that this was a young adult novel, and I didn't pick it up for review because I felt I'm too old to fully appreciate it. From your review, my impression seems wrong, so thank you for your great review!

Seems Christina is unstoppable. She accomplishes everything she sets her mind to. From the American top star to a music star in Rome and now, the first American female President. Little wonder she's your favorite thing about the book. Great review!

I'm really intrigued by the idea of new beginnings in a faraway land, and this book seems to fulfill that criterion. Great review indeed!

Thanks for the nice review. I think I like the idea of a woman at the helm of power. I love the character of Christina. She is strong, talented, and knows what she wants. Her talent landed her stardom even in a strange land. Thanks once again.

This review made me curious about the book. At first I had a different impression - bacause of the cover - that this was some sort of a biography based on real events, and I as I found the cover rather cheesy. But the review made it interesting. I like stories about strong women that go their own ways and don't apologize for who they are. Thanks!
