Sci-Fi Book recommendations?

I really love Young Adult books, I have been reading them since I was about 13 and Im now 19 and I feel not that I've exhausted the genre but that I've read all of the major books and even most of the smaller ones, however I recently read The 5th Wave by Rick Yancey and I want to read more sic-fi books, I have These Broken Stars but haven't got round to reading it yet so please if you have any suggestions let me know!
