Help name this book!

Iv been trying to find this book for years but alot of the information is fuzzy

The main charactor a female software designer has a great life, a cool job, and awesome boyfriend (i think his name is seth) she goes partying every night that she can. But one day all that changes when shes pulled out of the reality shes knows and forced into another world, after neuclear war hit the surface of the world was unliveable so the human race burrowed underground building a new society, but the government has come up with a solution, a program were you can virtually live in another world, give everything you own to the government and you can start a new life.
The main charactor after she is pulled out, meets a strong young man, and even though she doesn't know anything about this world he remembers her and take her with him,everything she thought she knew about her life was a lie, apparently she used to be high society untill she became apart of the resistance, but she still remembers nothing, so they have to figure together a way to topple the government and hopefully het her home.
