Review of Every Day

Post by amorrins »

Every Day is an ok book. It is about a person who wakes up in a different body everyday and has been doing this for his/her whole life. Then one day, while he is in somebody's body, if falls in love with that guy's girlfriend. So the whole story is about his/her love for her and how it will work out if he/she has to change body's everyday. Bad parts: there is a good amount of swearing, they sleep together, and there is a lot of same sex interaction if that doesn't bother you. But the plot was a good idea, just wouldn't read it again.

I don't think I'll read it... You convinced me not to.

Thanks for the heads up. That is a book I can skip. Nice not to waste my time. Not that it might not be good for some.

Every Day was a really nice read for me. I loved some of the lines in the book. 'Ultimately time doesn't care about us', 'We look for the possibility in others'. These lines was beautiful to me, maybe that was because I was going through many problems at the time but it was a nice read. Also the idea was unique so that grabbed my attention. Overall, a Every Day was a good read for me.

Yeah...I don't think I will pick this book up...ever. Same sex and a lot of swearing are not my thing.
