It’s very good but it gets really dark. Quite frankly I’m not sure i can handle it in the World we’re living In now.

Latest Review: We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies by Matthew Tysz

I enjoyed the first three books -- and I think Brown should have stopped there. While it's true that overthrowing an empire has messy consequences, it is depressing to read that Darrow has been fighting a war for ten years. I finally gave up partway through the fifth book, Dark Age.

I loved all 3 books of the original trilogy as well as the new 'dark age'
The series is amazing an amazing ride, pulling you through fast past action and the bitter reality of a dystopian society.
