This sounds very intriguing. I normally don't like sci-fi like books but this seems to be a bit different so I'll definitely will be giving it a try. I can't imagine a world where you don't even have privacy in your own home, how scary and eerie is that. Thanks for a wonderful review.

:tiphat: I totally agree that using drugs and alcohol as a means to induce intimacy is inappropriate and unreasonable. The reviewer seems like someone who truly enjoys sci-fi books. Great review and congratulations to the author for the BOTD!

I love this book and I am happy to have read it already. There's always a plot twist when someone tries to make something perfect. Kim's realization that the AI's were up to something else made me all the more happier. AI's are great but, when they try dominating the human race that brought them to existence, that is just absurd.

This is a brilliant review. The book calls for deep thinking about our current experiments with machines and AI technology. The author has a good writing style.

I just finished reading this book. I agree with your point about the excessive drug and alcohol use in the story. I also thought it was creative for the author to rename the days of the week, especially considering the society in this book discourages religion and all vestiges of the past. The use of numbers instead of surnames must have been implemented to destroy each person's sense of individuality.

It is an interesting sci-fi book that involves artificial intelligence which is controlling the state and people within it by using its web supervision. It also deals with how this technology affects people. Congratulations on BOTD.

When I started reading this book, I thought it would be your typical fictional story, but it far exceeded my expectations. I liked it a lot, although there are many plots that were left unfinished, I hope they can be resolved in the next installments. I definitely recommend it.

I am intrigued by the premise of a futuristic world where AI robots are the dominant authority. I look forward to knowing Kim and how she does her work. Congratulations on BOTD!

This book explores the future and the promising nature of technology of the sixth generation of computer. However, I didn't like the intensity and invasiveness of technology as was described in the book. Nice review. Congratulations on winning BOTD.

I love futuristic novels, and at the rate we are going this one sounds very attainable. It is rather disappointing that even in the future, we won't be able to trust those that lead us to have our best interests at heart. Great review.

I have seen a lot of news about artificial intelligence recently. It is a timely book due to the current importance of AI. The protagonist, Kim, is a clever girl who works at an Artificial Intelligence Company. I think it's great that she is a story with humor and sarcasm.

The book has a well-written plotline but I don't think I would like to read it. I admired Kim because even with her fears, she still strives towards achieving her goals. Lovers of Books on AI and Machine will enjoy reading the book. Congratulations on BOTD.

Terms of Service: Subject to Change Without Notice sounds like an interesting read. I also love the fact that the book is a book in the series.
