Tigers Promise is a prequel to the Tigers Curse Series of witch Colleen is writing a 5th book called Tigers Dream. When you read Tigers Promise If you have yet to read any of the rest of the series read this novella first it will answer question before you have them in the coming books. Tigers Promise has a few bonus chapters in the back of the book and I suggest reading Yesubais mothers chapter before you start the book itself. Colleen is a brilliant writer bringing Gods, Goddesses, Tigers and Villains all in one series. Tigers Promise shows that the daughter of evil, who may be made to do evil things, is not necessarily evil herself.
