After receiving a letter that showed that he had a relative in Voulhire, I got a chance of travelling alongside Galen, through his experiences. Galen has his origins in the Lands of the Princes. The Lands of Princes are currently caught up in warfare due to a number of political instabilities. The instabilities come with consequences such as a poor economy. Contrary to the Lands of the Princes, Voulhire is politically stable with a rich economy. This was made possible by their abled leader, King Wilhelm.

The story began on hope-filling aspects such as a joyful ceremony, would-be family reunion, inauguration, et cetera, and then, immediately ushered me into how, why, when, what, where, each of them came into existence. The characters are well structured in every way possible, in accordance to the kind of message portrayed. The environment is also well defined. I loved the plot very much, and also found it interesting. I loved that the author gave us different perspectives, to enable us understand the different arenas of power. For example, there is a chapter named Galen that talks about his thoughts about Magnum Caelum, and another named King Wilhelm that talks about the Kingdom in general. I also loved the author's creativity towards every character and chapter he chose.

As a mage, I found Meldorath's talents and skills outstanding. In him, I saw elements such as patience, dedication, manipulation, and being understanding when necessary. Just like Wilhelm, I also envied him. I think that King Wilhelm is a great leader, but his inability to control those with superior abilities made him seem weak. I loved Galen's ready-to-learn character, and his want for the simple things in life. I think that the amount of information the author provided about Lord Orlin and the Lands of the Princes was a bit limited. I did not like that fact. I was surprised by Demititrius' family history and his ambitions, because they seemed to be parallel to each other. I concluded that Voulhire was negligent towards the Riva Rohavi, and also underestimated their capabilities. I understood that most of the misfortunes, if not all, in Voulhire were brought about by the Riva Rohavi. This book is called We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies, and was written by Matthew Tysz.

While I was reading this story, I did not come across any mistakes. That is to say, typing or grammar. Hence, I rate this story 4 out of 4 stars. Therefore, I must say that it was professionally edited.

I recommend this story to persons who love fictitious stories about life in the ancient times that are laced around mistrust, deceptions, chasing one's ambitions, magic wielding, and power struggles. Such persons should preferably be aged fifteen years and above.
