Hi folks - this is my first post! Hopefully I'm going about this correctly... :)

So I'm currently reading Kevin Brockmeier's book of short stories, The View From the Seventh Layer. I'm about 75%ish through, in the middle of pet tribble. I'm pleasantly surprised at the sci-fi-ness of this particular short story. I've read Brockmeier in the past (started with Brief History of the Dead, also read The Illumination, and Things That Fall From the Sky) and Brief History has been my favorite. Has anyone else read anything by Brockmeier? Would love to begin a discussion if there's anyone out there :)
