There is a new set of vampire books. Becoming MacKinley is the first book by Angie Lasher. The second book is in the works, and they are subtitled "The MacKinley Vampires". It was recently as an eBook on Amazon, and the reviews look great (all four of them). This series basically has rewritten the mythos surrounding the vampires. There is a lengthy teaser up on Amazon for anyone who may be interested in reading it.

I recently read Limerence, and it was an interesting book also on Amazon about vampires. You should check it out

I’m always on the lookout for new vampire books. I’ll have to check this series out. I love reading lesser known titles.
