Memory's Door

Rubart, J. (2013). Memory’s Door. (Well Spring Novel Book 2). NY: Thomas Nelson.
ISBN-13: 978-1401686079 | 368 pages | Christian Sci-fi

Memory’s Door is book two in a series. I recommend reading the books in order, but I didn’t realize it was a series until I was about one-fourth of the way through and too caught up in the story to put it down and read book one first. So, reading them in order isn’t required.

A prophecy brought the four main characters together and since learning how to wage war in the supernatural they are about to face their biggest battle and challenge from the enemy yet. Their faith has grown but can it survive without sight or without words? The Enemy isn’t going to make it easy. Circumstances in each of their personal lives affect their unity and commitment to the group. Three enigmatic men appear and none of the four can get a true sense of whether these men are intimate allies . . . or diabolical enemies.

For avid Christian fantasy and sci-fi readers like myself, who long for a story to entertain, enthrall, and even more, this is a must read. The books are not just amusing tales, but well written lessons in theology that rip along at the speed of sound. This is a supernatural thriller. I can’t wait to read book one and book three.
