How do you perceive freedom? How would you feel if everything about you is monitored? Would you continue living under monitoring, or would you try to break free from the monitoring? It gets interesting to read about a character living under surveillance and how they respond to the knowledge of being monitored and, to some extent, being controlled. Terms of service is a book with such a character named Kim. The book is set on a ''future Artificial Intelligence Surveillance State." Kim is a young AI trainer whose an unplanned adventure based on curiosity leads her to discover who she really is and how the society around her works. The world around her thinks that she is constant rise while her friend, whom they were in the adventure together, is on the decline. Is this really the case? How will their friendship after this? Who is she? How does her society work? After discovering how the society works, will she respond positively or negatively? What is the role of AI's in the society? To answer these questions and answer and more, consider reading this exciting book by Craig W. Stanfill.

What I loved about the book was the constant reveal of mystery in an unexpected way without spoilers. The book's occurrences were also well organized, which made my reading smooth. The past events though not indicated, were also put in a way that was easy to depict without interfering with the flow of the book. It was written in a way that created a mental world where each event and every emotion was felt as if in the real world. This aspect of the book is what kept me glued to the last word of the book.

There was nothing I hated about the book. The use of 'we' was disturbing at first, despite being psychologically prepared, but with time I got used to it. There were very few errors that never interrupted my reading.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. The book deserves a perfect score as it was beyond my expectations and satisfied my curiosity. It was also professionally edited. The storyline was well built and the development top-notch, thus the need for a perfect score.

I highly recommend this book to the audience who loves fiction with strong character development. The book is suitable for mature teens and adults. The book does not contain religious boundaries hence suitable for all.
