Galen had lived a pitiful life for decades, and he was among the hundreds of thousands under a wicked prince's rule. His prince was one of the Emperor of Lullabies' three sons. This father had set up his sons against each other because he did not want them working together to usurp him. To him, it is better they fight themselves than fight him. He deserves to win the award for father of the year. Galen had seen his fair share of death and had had enough. Luckily for him, his uncle's demise meant he would get a one-way ticket out of his war-torn country. He would rather live as a refugee in a strange land than as a chicken waiting to be slaughtered in his own country. And so, Galen set his feet for the first time under the great starry skies of Voulhire. That was not the end but the beginning of his story.

We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies is the first book out of nine in the We are Voulhire series. The author of this enchanting novel is Matthew Tysz. He added many things that made this novel a fantasy lover's haven. He added wizards, knights, kings, and medieval-era science to the story.

A dislike is not something I can associate with We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies. The reason why I did not dislike anything is simple. Matthew Tysz knew what his readers wanted and gave them just that. I wanted an adventure; Matthew Tysz gave me that by telling Galen's story. I wanted magic, and Matthew Tysz provided Meldorath, the wicked and feared wizard. I wanted a story with a monarchical system of government, and Voulhire happens to be a country with a king. I wanted shields, swords, and shining armor, and Matthew Tysz included knights in the story. Most importantly, I wanted a fun, entertaining book, and We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies gave me what I wanted. What more can I ask for from a fantasy novel?

We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies was interesting, but what caught my attention the most was Meldorath's character. This wizard was a puzzle in his own right. He was a case that could not be figured out even by the wise king of Voulhire. He came and went as he pleased, and his power was second to none in Voulhire. The thought of what he could do drew me in and trapped me in his glorious shadow. Meldorath is a man to fear and respect, and I loved him the most in We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies.

We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies had no typographical flaws. Matthew Tysz edited it exceptionally, which made the reading experience better for me. I give it a rating of 4 out of 4 stars for its overwhelming perfection.

We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies is the ultimate fantasy novel. That means that fantasy novel lovers will have a field day reading it. It is funny, serious, and entertaining. What more can you ask for from a novel? I highly recommend We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies to fantasy novel lovers. Its pages may be few, but it is just the beginning of a long and exciting journey. I can tell.
