We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies by Matthew Tysz is a fantasy book describing the kingdom of Voulhire. Voulhire is a nation of peaceful citizens, prosperity, freedom, political mages, and rebels. The story is about the king of Voulhire, Wilhelm Arcolo, Lord Eldus Alderman, and Gaden Bray. Gaden is a young man who ran away from his war-torn homeland, the land of princes, and was rescued by a captain. Luckily, before his death, his great uncle from Voulhire had ordered the search of Galen so that he could inherit his business. Galen eventually starts a happy and peaceful life in Magnum Caelum in Voulhire. However, the question remains how long this peace will last? King Wilhelm Arcolo appoints Soulhire judge Eldus Alderman as the new lord of Hillsport town. The town is still recovering from trauma caused by previous lords, Meldorath and Orlin. Lord Eldus has to help the hillport people recover from the cruelty of his predecessors. However, is Lord Meldorath dead, as they say? I guess time will tell.

I loved every aspect of this book; The book is fascinating and thrilling. The flow of this book is magical and easy to read. The book was well written and well arranged. Even though it had many characters, the characters were well developed, making the book more authentic and realistic. The author vividly describes the story, leaving the reader to visualize what is happening in the story. I loved how the author created this imaginary world where religion, magic, and science exist. The book introduces Voulhire, a powerful kingdom with advanced technology where aspects of wealth, culture, and technology in a fast-changing world are familiar to modern society. In addition, the author used a map of Voulhire at the beginning of the book to show where different towns are located in the Voulhire kingdom. The author used a third-person point of view throughout the story except for Galen's part which he used the first-person perspective. I must say Mathew did an excellent job in writing this book. How he imagined this world Voulhire and described it in detail is impressive. This story's plot is unique, although there was the use of vulgar language.

There is nothing to dislike about this book. It is well-written and professionally edited. I did not find any grammatical errors or typos; therefore, The book is worth reading.

I would gladly rate this book 4 out of 4 stars because of its splendid editing. The book is exciting and enjoyable. It was well written with no errors. Therefore I commend the author for this.

I would recommend this book to the audience who loves fantasy and science fiction books as We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies will not disappoint.
