We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies begins with one of the protagonists, Galen, trying to flee his war-torn Land of the Princes while being pursued by people. The papers had given him the chance to go to another country. Magnum Caelum was home to his dying uncle, who had no idea Galen even existed. The paperwork he was holding was what his uncle's executor had used to identify a business heir. He was told by the ship's captain that it would take a week or more to get to the other land. When he gets there, the mayor of Magnum Caelum welcomes him and informs him that his uncle has passed away. The deceased's estate was then shown to him, and he was astounded by its splendor. He finds Rowan, his uncle's executor, at an inn, and with his assistance, begins learning to forge. Later, he settles into his career as a blacksmith. The book also tells the tale of Lord Eldus, who was given the title by the king in order to restore Hillport after it had been destroyed by the two lords, Orlin and Meldorath.

There was undoubtedly a character that added life to Galen Bray's novels. The writing style of the author, Matthew Tysz, made this book more intriguing and educational, and I found it difficult to put it down. Everything revolved around his explanations throughout Galen's interactions and his attempts to settle in to his new house. He created life, which I thought was fascinating. Each and every chapter provided a clear explanation of the politics, especially those in the Kingdom of Voulhire. I also adored how his work was organized, how he captivated my interest as soon as the book began, and how he made me curious about what would happen next.

I have no complaints about this book. The book took on a whole new meaning after the glossary. Using it as a point of reference, I was able to decipher the author's intentions for this book. Although the pace of the proceedings at times seemed slow, I still found the book to be enjoyable. Galen and Rowan were likeable characters, in my opinion.

I gave this book 4 out of 4 stars . It is not possible for me to take away a star from it since the author knew just what was needed to grab my attention and paint a picture of the story, making it seem realistic. The absence of typos and errors suggests that the work was professionally edited.

I recommend this book to readers who enjoy fantasy books. There is a lot of activity going on. Undoubtedly, the author did his best, and this is a good read.
