The book We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies by Mathew Tysz is undoubtedly one of the best books of the decade. It is fascinating and surprisingly delightful. I spent days unending reading this incredible masterpiece, and it was hard for me to pause while reading the book because it was captivating, fascinating, and thrilling. The author starts with the phrase "Once there lived..." which makes one relax in one's chair and get drowned in the story. The book is an ongoing series. The series continues The Fires of Virko, Someone Else's End, The Knights of Chalethire, The Ascension of Akistry, and others. We are Voulhire: A New Arrival Under Great Skies is the first book of this series written by Matthew Tysz.

The main character in the book is a young man named Galen from the land of the Princes, whose fate is either death by the sword or slow starvation. When an opportunity came, he boarded a ship to Magnum Caslum in the kingdom of Voulhire, ruled by king Wilhelm to get an inheritance from his uncle, who had just passed. On his voyage, we hear the story of the Emperor of Lullabies, who had four sons and was afraid that one day his sons would overpower him and take over the kingdom. The Emperor had to send his sons to different islands, equipping them with military men and ammunition to prevent invasion. Still, as the sons grew older, a civil war began.

The positive thing about the work is the author's effort to map out the country of Voulhire, showing readers the location of every city in Voulhire. Also, the novel was exceptionally edited, and the author's writing skills are impressive. The figures of speech used in the story were perfectly blended.

There's nothing to dislike or negative about this book. However, the inclusion of some characters was unnecessary because most included characters ended up not doing anything in the novel. A list of characters would be handy so readers can understand who is ahead. That way, when you come across them in the story, you can easily recall who they are and what they do.

Given that the book We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies was exceptionally edited and well structured, I rate it a perfect 4 out of 4 stars.

I recommend the book We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies to readers seeking an enthralling science-fiction book and lovers of fantasy novels.
