We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies by Matthew Tysz is a science-fiction book. It revolved around a young and handsome boy called Galen Bray. He was born and brought up in an unsettled land of princes. After spending some years in the land, he relocated to the more advanced and prosperous city of Magnum Caelum, in the kingdom of Voulhire.

Galen's uncle, Onita, who had left the prince's land under strange circumstances and was now a successful person in the city of Voulhire, had also meaningfully contributed to Galen's life. Galen's new home was made easy through the inherited fortune left by his uncle after his death. Upon arriving in a different and more beautiful environment, Galen met Rowan, who introduced and helped him get to know the people, the city, culture, and traditions, as well as their general way of life.

This book contained a lot of positive aspects. First, I love the considerate system of government in the kingdom of Voulhire and their relationship with other people around them. For instance, they make their immigration service accessible to innocent people in the Land of Princes to help them have a better life outside of the war zone. Another thing I liked about this book was the encouraging and purpose-driven letter written to Galen by his uncle. When he first arrived at Voulhire, this letter helped him have a sense of direction, purpose, and focus. I must say that this was highly motivating.

Also, I enjoy the fact that the writer included a glossary of terms and names at the end of the book, which helps in the proper clarification and understanding of the book. Additionally, I like the culture, religion, and traditions of the people of Voulhire and their ability to accommodate outsiders without any forms of confusion or friction. This book was very interesting to read and has given me something unique to ponder. However, I found one thing I disliked about the book. The writer's non-inclusion of chapters has left me disappointed. Reading a book without chapters could be frustrating because I had to recheck many times to be sure I was still on the right track. This took much of my time and energy. The writer would have been fair to readers by not excluding chapters.

Aside from this, the book was enjoyable and impactful. Also, I did not encounter any errors, which means this book was exceptionally edited. Given this, I rate We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies by Matthew Tysz 5 out of 5 stars. The reason for my rating was the positive aspect mentioned. I recommend this book to lovers of science-fiction and fantasy books.

Meldorath, what's the deal with him anyway? Hearing about Meldorath makes me scared for Galen. I wonder what he'll find in the land of Voulhire. Thanks for the honest review, I'm looking forward to reading this book.
