The book Terms of Service by Craig W. Stanfill is a science fiction novel set in a fictional future where everything is controlled by AIs. It starts as the perfect world where the AIs meet all your needs and control every aspect of your life. The AIs make your food, clean your house, pick out your clothes and even place you in virtual reality so as not to leave the comfort of your own home when you want to see baseball games or even go bike riding. It has worked well to prevent selfism, famine, and other human-caused disasters but is it as perfect as it seems?

The story follows Kim as she as a human lives in a world controlled by AIs. At first, she convinced herself that the world is as it should be and that it didn't bother her that everything was controlled by AIs but as she starts to find out the hidden truth, she starts to question if it was really an ideal world. She starts to have feelings of despair and discontent. Kim's seemingly perfect life changes when her best friend, Shan returns to the east. Shan always had a way of getting into trouble and being reckless managing to drag Kim into it. What will happen after another one of Shan's reckless adventures? Follow Kim and her friends in this new exciting world and experience a reality where all their needs and actions are monitored and controlled by the AIs.

The author created an amazing new reality with a different take on the idea of robots taking over the world. He shows us how the world can be without war, famine, and need, but at what cost? The book was very thought-provoking, making you see the good side and bad side in both worlds. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and cannot wait to read the sequel. The character development of the main character was very well portrayed and the flow of the book was stunning.

I am rating this book four out of four stars and five out of five stars because I have no negative comments about it. The book was expertly edited and I found no errors throughout the whole book.

I would highly recommend this book to any reader who is interested in science fiction, fantasy, mystery, and even romance, this book has it all. The book does contain sexual content and I would recommend that the book is more fit for young adult or adult readers.
