We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies tells the tale of the great kingdom known as Voulhire. Voulhire is a land of enormous potential. Besides, it carries people who are masters to their lives, people who are masters to others - from small businesses to large ones, people who are masters to towns, and people who have knowledge and access to different dimensions, that is, both the Cosmos – the physical world and the Caromentis – the magic world, as explained in We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies. Mathew Tysz is telling a story of a young man, Galen Bray, who has escaped from the land of the princes and has come to Voulhire to start a new life. Galen has met Rowan, his uncle's executor, who is taking him through his uncle's blacksmithing business. He is also learning about Voulhire as they travel around searching for various items they may need to use in the forge left for him by his uncle.

The first thing that impressed me about the book was finding the definition of some words at the end. It was a relief because I could not find their meaning in my dictionary. This aspect brought more sense and shed light on the goings-on in Mathew Tysz's book. Another impressive part of the book is how the author describes everything from buildings, streets, people, places, and scenes; everything is clear and captivating. He does it in a way that makes you read on and never want to stop before you get it all.

The use of suspense in this book left me in the dark for too long. Nothing makes sense until almost the end of the book, especially concerning the mage Dalehei Meldorath and Riva Rohavi. I kept wondering who they were until toward the end of the book. Well, this aspect left me sitting at the edge of my seat all the time that I was reading. I was not impressed to notice that the narrations had ended just when I was beginning to catch a glimpse of the connection between the book's episodes.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars or 5 out of 5 stars since I encountered no errors. This piece was exceptionally edited. The author’s use of stylistic devices in writing is also cheering.

If someone is looking for mind-blowing, magical activities or events, this book is for them! I recommend it to someone looking for thrilling magic scenes.
