We are voulhire: A new arrival under great skies, is the first instalment to the We are voulhire book series by author Mathew Tysz and it starts off by setting in this fantasy world around us, the story focuses on a few different perspectives on the overall story from our characters and their journey though Voulhire, we begin with the introduction of the lord of a town called Hillport, describing the atmosphere and feel of the town and its lord in an engaging way whilst opening the story. where lord Orlin is surprised by a familiar face from his past he had never expected to see at the darkness of night. the episodic nature of the book takes us in turns between our characters and our most prominent is Galen bray, where our hero is set to experience this world though his own set of eyes after a series of unexpected events that land him in a town near hillport with the name of Magnum Caelum, and being introduced to his new companion, Rowan in his new life, we also get introduced to the current king of Voulhire, King Wilhelm and his view of ruling his country with its long lasting golden age.

I really enjoyed this book being one of my now top fantasy books, it deserve its placement. what I enjoyed is the different use of chapters as episodes through the book as you jump from one point to the next. and with that I think Mathew Tysz (the author) did a good job at making it feel episodic yet not dull in a sense that you get a good understanding in the chapters.

My only negative feeling towards the book is that I wish more characters got more time and love in their development and own personal story, some characters had my sentiment but hadn't gotten the love they deserve.

Overall I rate the book 5 out of 5 stars, it was written beautifully and edited carefully with intricate wording and it had a compelling story that made me exited for the rest of the series to come after.

The book's language overall was clean and proper with a light sexual theme, I would recommend it to people who want to start reading fantasy and/or Sci-Fi, it was edited professionally and carefully with its own themes of time and world that truly made you want to learn more about the world that Voulhire had to offer.
