Mattew Tysz wrote the book We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies. This fantasy story explores how mankind may become cruel in its pursuit of control and dominance. It illustrates the lengths people will go to betray their loved ones out of greed and selfishness, even going so far as to use dark magic. It shows people who want to destroy the earth and seize all of its power to further their egotistical ambitions of claiming the universe and ruling it.

Lord Meldorath of Hillport Castle is a guy with immense magic power and skills. He deposes the current Lord of Hillport without showing mercy, using his black magic abilities and taking control of Hillport in the process. When a higher authority subsequently imprisons Lord Meldorah, there is a lot of speculation among the populace as to whether he died or managed to flee.

Galen Bray, another main character, is a young man who is fleeing his hometown. Through faith, he avoids death, and through faith, he is given the chance to travel to a new world of adventure, where he receives an inheritance from his uncle. However, little does he realize that a difficult battle lies ahead of him. He learns to recognize the clues scattered across many people that explain how humans and the cosmos are connected after arriving in a more advanced and intellectual country.

Wilherm Arcolo, king of Voluhire, a man regarded as a meek and upright man who has successfully ruled his kingdom in peace and prosperity, may soon have to contend for his throne to avoid being deposed and stripped of his crown if his confidantes learn of his secrets, even though he has three sons waiting in line to succeed him.

I enjoyed how the book immediately captivated me. The tension piqued my interest, and as I turned each page, I was interested in finding out what would happen next. There was also striking attention to detail. The author's mastery of twists caught my interest. Overall, I thought the book was fantastic and found it hard to put it down.

I didn't enjoy how there were a lot of pointless characters and extraneous information that were stretched out, which at times made me confused and bored.

I gave the book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars because, despite the problems I mentioned before, I still enjoyed reading it. The book was professionally edited and error-free. I'd recommend it to those who appreciate both good mysteries and fantasy books with lots of action.
